Ø Results of applications depend heavily upon cultural practices of the homeowner such as irrigation, de-thatching, core aeration, etc.
Ø Fungal problems in turf are very difficult to control with one application. Therefore, if you have that problem, 2 follow-up treatments billed on Plan I per step cost will be performed. Please notify us if you do not want them.
Ø Please inform us if you intend to over seed, so we may adjust the pre-emergence schedule.
Ø Fire ant mounds will be treated during regular step at no additional cost.
Ø 12 month fire ant prevention available at additional cost.
Ø Mole cricket and grub applications will be performed at no additional cost during regular step. If additional applications are necessary, then they will be billed at Plan I pricing.
Ø Flea and tick applications performed at additional cost.
Ø Core aeration will be performed at additional cost.
