Proper identification of tree diseases can be very difficult, many factors must be taken into consideration during the diagnostic process.  Time of year, tree species, cultural conditions, humidity, soil type, amount of, (or lack of sun light) and other outside influences (did the mason clean out his tray and tools under that tree? ) have to be taken into consideration.
